14 day time tracking challenge
someone asked me what a typical week is like for me yesterday. i didn't quite know how to answer it. so i've decided to track my time in blocks and post it here for the next 14 days. LOL let's see if i can even finish one day. this also ties in well with the thoughts i had yesterday on maximizing the use of an hour.
today feels like christmas. cold and rainy morning. perfect for staying under thick warm covers. it's anzac day so nobody's got uni or work. erica came over for bible study. we sipped on warm mugs of chai lattes and finished studying 1 Peter. i think 1 peter might be one of my favourite books to dig into. devitionally, my favourite would probably be Ecclesiastes.
the both of us headed over to the penthouse to wake the boys up and prepare breakfast. ryeka made so many pancakes! i kinda just got out of everyone else's way, tried to make myself useful by.. getting out of everyone else's way. LOL. the kitchen's quite small luh okay. i made more chai lattes and scrambled eggs with spinach! self-worth validated. LOLZERS. actually i'd quite like to master cooking super breakfasts. plus, cooking dinner's almost impossible considering how i'm mostly down at toastbar in the evenings. the past two nights, we've been having huge feasts at the penthouse. it's amazing what these guys can cook up. seriously. the first night we had sashimi, sushi cake, salad, jaspanese curry, apple crumble.. i can't remember what else. i've got photographic evidence though! but gotta develop the film. i hope the disposable camera photos turn out great.last night they cooked up a western storm. mashed potato, caramelized onions, roast chicken, beef stew, quinoa, lasagna? too many dishes to recall. again, photographic evidence.
here are some snaps from the past few days.
