caught up with yetti at st ali's today and that brought me a mixed bag of nostalgia and sadness. the same mixed bag that i had at the thought of kayaking at sorrento.  i know i've said the s word many times, but i still am compelled to feel that way and to say it again and again even if it's just in my head. i try not to entertain these thoughts, but i do wonder what could come out of all this.
