lunch with brains

D sent me an article on graduates from elite colleges yesterday which i agreed was pretty good.

follow-up thoughts only came today LOLLLL slowwwww..

when you think of lunch with some sort of elite college graduate, also think of why the "elite" label has been placed on the college (ie university) or what that label means to that person. does it mean he will be looking out for things you say that can make him think "ahah! see, that's why you didn't go to an elite college." or "ahah! Now i know not to hire this person".

ah well. i suppose people in australia would consider my university an elite university. i personally do not quite swing that way. in fact, i wouldn't consider myself anywhere near elite material. and i now recall back in the day where i'd be the only one from a government school (albeit SAP) amongst the RGS girls and ACS boys who would be chanting their school cheers at jono's birthday party. yeah i suppose i felt slightly displaced. but coming back to the present, perhaps i need to trust afresh the one who gives me my identify.

yes. JJireh.

Thank you God for the numerous times i've sought favour and found it. and the many times you've shown yourself to provide.
