fun is not rest

before i say anything else i found a new pocky flavour that i really like!! it's the one with strawberry flakes! <3!!
oh but men's pocky still pwns.

the dg came over to cook up a feast and prepare food for today's picnic last night.
eric was the head chef who did most of the work. he got ready a THREE COURSE MEAL.

authentic garlic bread (with self-made garlic spread), two types of soup, pasta and finally, tim tam cheesecake! it took ages to get all that done though. good thing my housemate wasn't home till 1am cause her sister's here from malaysa to stay for 2 months.

we had a combined cellgroup picnic at carlton gardens today. i thought it was pretty good. i had a quick bball game with jonlee, jiah lit and mandy. yeh! haha.. i joined jonlee for ball with ben and kevin after the picnic as well. good fun man. i havent played like that in a long while and it was really nice. reminded me of when i was 13 and learning off the basketball guys and zi hui. those were good times. i think particularly also because as i look back now i remember going through all the emotional ups and downs of a young teen. a lot of it was attached to basketball, and being part of 2c.

i think i played better then, not that i was ever much good at bball.. buut. yeah, i'd like to play better cause it's something i find really fun, like how people like l4d. haha.






well. i've had quite a lot of fun the past 1.5days. but i need a break. need to rest. but i need to do work too! k. mm. i'll call it a night la. tmr will start earlier!
