it's like a dance

we took a tram to the Crowne after dinner at don tojo.
this girl who boarded the tram with 3 of her teen friends was desperate to make the both of us feel awkward cause she just stared at us with a huge grin on her face. i just looked straight back with a smile on my face too. i was determined not to let her have her way.
ah. i guess that's kinda how staring fights in singapore start.

after having dinner with g and her family (and e) at southgate i knew i wanted to take an evening walk there with d, and so tonight we did! :D
annnd.. on the way back d took me on a surprise detour.

but of course i didn't know where we were going until we were almost there because my sense of direction is just. that. bad.
ask my dg, they'd know cause mandy and jonlee never fail to point that out at every opportunity.

we ended up having the best tiramisu ever at the mess hall with it's dim (hopefully energy-saving) lighting and artsy cafe ambience. thoroughly enjoyable. was totally :D by the surprise detour. i didn't see that one coming at all.

AND.. we even managed to pop by mk minimart to go pocky shopping! i ended up just getting the normal one because
1) i was very satisfied with the tiramisu and
2) i didn't wanna spend too much.

you should have seen man - they were selling pocky by the box of TEN too! for ten bucks. talk about having an exam survival kit. that'd be all you need man.

well not quite.

but still.
