random little mood lifters

i get really frustrated when people are much more inflexible than i am. when it accumulates over time, i get mad-frustrated. furious-frustrated and i feel like screaming. but yknow. it's so socially inappropriate. and i learn to die to my own rights sometimes. so, yeah have your way and i'll try to live it down. i think the more i learn to make sacrifices, the more i'll learn to love - hopefully.

then again, the fact that you make a sacrifice doesn't mean that you love. you might make a sacrifice and hate the person for making you make the sacrifice. LOL CREEPERS WHY IS THIS SO COMPLICATED.

so anyway, yeah well. that just means i have stuff to think through. to make myself feel better, i went to safeway to get multi-purpose cleaning wipes (that's the green packet in the middel of the photo). woohoo clean cloth to clean stuff with i like. i'm a really untidy clean freak. get the difference?

another thing that made the day(night) better was that one-in-a-million chance of borrowing the yellow financial accounting theory textbook (overnight loan) fell on me like a $50 000 000 lottery. totally stoked.

the last thing featured in the above photo's the frankie magazine. all-time favourite mag that i've never bought because it costs frickin 8.95AUD. better than the lottery this time - frankie was on 20% off. things like that happen only when big brothers like Borders go into administration . haha i know what you're thinking - what a kiamsiap person. go away.

in other news...

had the most fulfilling lunch today because i made both lunch AND dessert (yesterday) LOL. aimee came over and she brought the most random fruits - yellow kiwi that looked funny, this japanese pear thing that looked like a diseased orange and grapes that had seeds in them.

(hahahaha. hey. we live in a genetically modified society where grapes naturally do not have seeds. though i know why she chose em over the seeded ones. they're so much bigger. that's also why i got them. and probably why chris and vong got them when they came over for dinner with wenyi)

oh wanna know what was for dessert? baked cheesecake! :) yums. but ching's right in saying that they are really fattening. so proud of myself though. first time ever baking with an oven. in my entire life. was fun, but i made the mixer (which does not belong to be) smoke up when i was tryna mix the cream cheese straight out from the fridge.

lunch was redwine beef casserole. using the pre-mix but you dont have to know that.

yeap. ok fine i'll go back to studying now.
