melbourne rain is more merciless, but also more exciting.
everything seems to move faster. including the people who shiver as they run to find shelter.
rain in singapore falls straight down in verticle lines, but in melbourne, the wind is so strong it makes rain go diagonally and when it hits the ground, there's like a sweeping pattern that makes it look almost digital, like the way christmas lights sweep from one end to another in an array of colours - then there's a pause before the next wave comes.

bet you never noticed that. or maybe im just weird. muahaha. :)
