the merciless high d monster

so im supposed to come up with recommendations on how to deal with this 3-man team that cannot make progress on their project because they cannot get past their individual differences.

one of the guys - Winkel - shoudln't even be part of the team because he's so frickin slack and is just a big fat free-rider. SO, in my recommendations i wrote to kick him out.

when adabelle wrote a draft of our report abstract, she typed:
With the focus of completing the project, we would recommend to remove Winkel from the team as he is a form of de-motivation to them. (You serious? Elisa, is this what your recommendations say?)

haha.. i just found that so amusing. can just imagine her going "WHHAAAT? KICK HIM OUT????
