if adam and eve, or abraham and sarah, or joseph and mary
d asked me out on an ice-cream date today :)
i've been really enjoying the small pockets of time we have together and we'd have conversations much like those we had one and a half years ago. (not saying we've not been having such conversations in 18 months)
we also randomly ended up watching the first bit of Up on his laptop. (SAAAAD! i was tearing into my pillowww)
i like random.
elisa likes random.
dong plans for random.
he doesn't like random as much.
hahaha.. <3
ok so back to what inspired the title of this post. i suppose the question was whether or not couples in the bible loved each other as much as carl and ellie in Up did. i wonder if it's bad to desire to be loved and to love that way. hmm. i reckon it's good. but at the same time i know that fairytale love stories are.. well.. fairytales cause they show only the good stuff. i think people learn to love. it's natural to love something that's lovable, but not the less attractive, less glittery, less new, less fragrant things.
