i abhor AGL (energy provider)'s customer service. as well as citywest water.
or perhaps i'm just spoilt by Singapore's efficiency in serving customers.
once while trying to get through to one of the above companies i had wait a whole 20minutes till the service rep got to me. and guess what. it's not toll free. that call totally drained my phone credit. GAH.

i suppose it's not just these two companies, but australian "phone" customer service in general, cause shirley just complained about her experience with telstra (telecom co.)

sigh. get over it elisa. you're going back to sg in a couple of years so enjoy everything else here while you can. (tsk! such an angsty post this is!)

ANYWAY, i met this really nice girl at a tutorial today. and this other rather cute guy. :) haha. oh AND i got to know this other guy who's got the same majors as me.. which is really rare because most people who major in accounting major in finance as well. i really enjoyed that tutorial. too bad the commerce student centre didn't allow me to switch into that tutorial. the tutor was very eloquent and clear in his explainations too.
