hi i

"German" (yes i'll call him that since i can't spell his name, nor pronounce it well) is to me the epitome of "making disciples of all nations". He's a few decades older, a few skin tones darker, a few missing teeth... and yet he gives of himself in his own way. it may seem little, but it comes from a big passion. that's how i see God's hand at work.

yeah i think one of the most important things to have when i start work is someone really close who is able to tell me that the way i'm giving my 110% to work is not great when i have nothing left of myself for God, someone who's able to patiently tell me week after week to prepare for bible studies, to prioritize well.

which is why i think it's so important for me to find someone with these values. ya this thought came to mind when P and i had a heart to heart talk over lunch.

for some reason i had quite a few witty remarks coming out from my mouth starting late afternoon yesterday. we had a few good laughs in the office as we were clearing stuff preparing to move. even after work when i went to pick up stuff from SKS. i had a lift all the way from outram to bedok from a very kind someone after that. it was a good ride, again, with a fair bit of laughter and nonsense.
