yes mother..
exams ended on tuesday but it feels like more than 2 days ago already (im typing this post on a rainy thursday night)
jolene and i went to smith street after my paper and we came back near dinner time. li shan's mum's here and she cooked us dinner YUMM!
trinity had our valedictory yesterday. abby and i managed to shop for a top for me within 15min which was crazy if you ask me. after lunch we went across the road to fcuk picked up something and headed back home to get dressed. heh. abby lent me her heels which made me realise how difficult walking in heels can really be. zelia's mum and the rest of house 4 plus chuphu were laughing at me when they saw me walking out of the house. :(
jolene has really unglam pictures of me walking home barefooted after valedictory.
later that evening, jo and i took lishan and her mum to coles. lishan wanted to look for a good book so when wewalked past a book store, we stopped and went in. the three of them were looking around at the books, i was just.. not interested in books but i colourful mentosy postcard caught my eye. as i was trying to figure out why mentos was spelt as "mantoss" shan and jo headed out so i followed. jolene burst into laughter when we got out. i didn't get why. lishan hadn't gotten a book but she looked quite unhappy. her mum (who's chinese educated) and i were just in a blissful blur. apparently the shop we walked into was all about sex. they even had a gays and lesbians section. so... im glad lishan couldn't find a book that interested her there. hahaha..
anyway i went for dinner/supper with dong. i was pretty tired. like now.
OHOHOH!! we bumped into BERNARD LOW (my econs teacher in ACSi) when we were walking past max brenners on our way to supper! i told dong to hang on while i rushed inside to say hello. he was with his wife and litle daughter and another friend. after a minute or so, dong came in. and he went "hi miss poon, hi mr low.. hello meive!" and i just stood there at a loss for words. i mean.. what in the world! this world is too small i tell you. WAY WAY WAY too small. apparently the two of them were in vj before. and bernard low's wife was dong's theatre studies teacher! heh. crazy eh?
i just spent the whole day packing with him and now my room's nearly empty save for the stuff im gonna bring back to singapore in a couple of days. from noon till midnight (with a lunch break in between) we were just busy packing, cleaning, boxing, shifting and moving everything over to kensington. thankfully he managed to borrow deb's car which is HUGE. it's an mpv, so we didn't have to make more than 2 trips heh. yeah i have a lot of things. *yawn. in aproximately 45 min my alarm clock's gonna ring and im gonna have to wake him up for his flight to adelaide. this person's got rest issues, and this time it's my fault. eeps...
he was really REALLY amused by my reusable heat pack. hahaha was playing with it like a little kid with a new toy.
ok gnite world. the house is emptyyy! everyone's gooone! cept for abby who's on the phone luh. ok ciao.
